Yahoo uses a Web tracker!

All,
I found this news to be a little disturbing. I belong to an other yahoo group for gliders and got this email from that group. Please read below and I have provided instructions:

find the "click here" text and click it
Don't push any buttons on the next page and just close it.
You must do this for every computer that you use. I have a work laptop and a home computer. Yahoo puts a cookie that is specific to "etsisk" and that machine. I need to push "remove" button at both machines and it will remove the option for a web beacan to examine my yahoo cookie.
