Wth???

For any two digit number starting with the same first digit, that number minus the sum of its digits will always equal the same number.

99: 9+9 = 18 : 99-18 = 81
97: 9+7 = 16 : 97-16 = 81
94: 9+4 = 13 : 94-13 = 81
93: 9+3 = 12 : 93-12 = 81
90: 9+0 = 09 : 90-09 = 81
89: 8+9 = 17 : 89-17 = 72
..
and so on

So for every 2 digit number there are only 10 possible answers, one in the 80s, 1 in the 70s, 1 in the 60s, etc.

So the system picks the symbol to use, "randomly" assigns that symbol to all POSSIBLE answers (if you do the math right), adds it a few more places, and then you are fooled into thinking its special. :)

Took 10 "attempts" before it came up with the snowflake I was concentrating on! :D
