Helping a friend looking to buy a Tri-Pacer. Any leads would be great. Price isn't a big concern at this point.
 
Man a guy flew in one Saturday at the aerodrome here. Pretty plane. Guy was a retired US Air pilot, had some good stories about his neighbor whining about his private runway and actions the dude has tried. Guy said the neighbor piled hay bales up about 4-5 feet at the departure end, on his property no less. He feels the guy is baiting him to react so he hasn't and drives the neighbor batty.

My buddy is planning on putting in a grass strip next to his crawfish ponds and fly it from there. He has enough room not to worry about neighbors.
