Just go on Craig's list and get a electric golf cart and have a pintail hitch welded on.
You can do the whole thing for 500ish bucks, plus you can run around the airport with it, it's electric so as long as you have half azz good batteries in it. Plug it in every few nights and forget about it.
Those tugs are WWAAYY over priced for what they are.
