WSJ Article on GA

Today's WSJ, Section D, Page 1 has an article on private pilots called "Inside The Mind of a Weekend Pilot".

I thought it was a very well written article. Not saying anything we haven't said on this board before, but it helps present a positive image of the human beings who pilot non-transport aircraft. I really liked his bringing out the point about the lifesaving flights GA makes. I just wish he had touched on the (lack of) destructive capability of smaller airplanes, though.

WSJ has the best writing in periodical print bar none, and this was well crafted.

I did like his closing point: GA pilots need to do better.
