A formation of seven AT-6s and what looked like the Houston CAF's B-24 just flew over here here in Plano. I didn't get a good look because of the trees, but I'm pretty sure it was a B-24, and it had to be the CAF aircraft because Collings's airplanes are grounded.
Every time I hear round engines, I go tearing out of the house to look. Occasionally I'm rewarded with a glimpse of FiFi. Today's chorus of Pratt & Whitney Wasps powering the formation of Texans was awesome.
