Definitely go next year and do something waaay cool on top of that! I didn't get to fly into KOSH this year, but here's what I learned over the weekend!!
This is us during one formation practice flight on a hazy afternoon over Waupaca, WI. I wish it had been just a tad less hazy, but the weather really wasn't on our side this year and our group flight into KOSH had to be cancelled. Next year, we'll try it again for sure!
I was in the same boat as the OP. Pre-planned over a year and a half ago so that I'd have additional help in my business (takes us 6 months to a year to get one of our guys upto speed and this is AFTER they've been in training). Long story short, they left in January and I am in the training process again with another. Hoping for OSH 2011 now.
Friend of mine flew up there in his recently completed RV8, said he is having a blast. Am also living vicariously through everyone elses pics/videos and the airventure.org news area.
