WingX for FIRE !!

I had to read that way too long to determine if they meant fire fighting or Kindle Fire. Its the Kindle.
 
Heh... Thought for a minute it was FREE, not Fire :lol:

Anyone try it yet? Kindle Fire is cheap but according to their specs, not all have GPS built in. (Some do but have it turned off by default.) What's the minimum for getting all the functionality of WingX? (Moving map, geo-location on airport diagrams, etc.)
 
Does the Fire have Bluetooth and app for Bad Elf? $50 for a Fire would be nicer than a few hundred for an iPad.

I was about to look into both the Fire and normal Andoid tablets for WingX as the iPad shuts down due to overheating in the AZ summer, with Fire units it certainly be a cheap option
