WingX for Android!

There's been a hint on their webpage for the last week, with a little Android character peeking out from behind a tablet, but it's official now.... WingX for Android will be released "soon".

Great news for those who'd rather not do iPad... or want take advantage of the plethora of lower-cost Android devices.
Let's hope it isn't buggy, and has the same feature set as the iPad version.
Remember, in the Android world there are many variables: companies, versions of Android, hardware variations, screen-sizes, etc. If you're planning on using an Android device, I'd stay with a mainstream unit or at least understand why there might be problems if you stray from center.

I'm content with Navigator, but... It's been so long since I was disappointed by the Android WingX that wasn't, all's forgiven.

To be shown at Sun-N-Fun... 'missing some features of iPad version, but has some new features not in IOS yet.

As of Sept 3rd, It looks like the Android version of WingX is available in the Play store.... 'Haven't installed it yet.

It won't have the same features as the ipad version for a while.

I've been very happy with AvNav. For me better than "pilot" or AvAir, both of with have been on my Nexus 10.

Pirep... It works and is a good start, but far from a complete package. I forget how rich the IOS version is, until I look at this. I'm guessing 20% of the features are complete. Ran it on a S4 and Nexus7_2, without problems.
