Wingtip vortex?

Kim took off from the farm this morning to head home, and I was taking photos of her as she took off. Later when looking back over the photos, I noticed what the wind sock was doing as she took off.

Here are some photos as she lifted off. Notice the wind sock.

Would that temporary change in the wind sock be due to a wingtip vortex?

The wind had a crosswind component. More likely what you saw/photographed was caused by prop blast.
