I've got questions on the report below. Where it says "Valid 010600Z," does this mean that it is not valid until 0600Z or is it valid until 0600Z? If it's not valid until 0600Z, then why does the "for use" indicate 0500 which would have been an hour before the valid time? If it's valid until 0600Z, then why is it "for use" until 0900Z, three hours after it expired? Can someone explain this shiyat to me?:mad2::mad2::mad2:

It means it is only valid at 0600Z but they want you to use it from 0500-0900.

I hear you! The word valid is just wrong in my opinion. They ought to say it was created at some time and is for the period x to y. But my own profession (not aviation) has got it's own weird acronyms and phraseology.
