Win10 WifiSense popups

'you need WifiSense or your computer will melt'

see pic of the popup, is this of any use whatsoever?
how do I kill it, I cannot imagine needing to share wifi based upon skype contacts or FB friends.

Turn off those two switches for one thing ... Neither of those is a good idea.

But if you're getting continuous pop ups of your network settings, that's not WifiSense doing that. Something else is going on.

Like maybe your machine has power saving features in the hardware that are confusing Windows into thinking the network device is being connected and disconnected regularly. Guessing.

Goggling for the problem yields little so it's probably hardware specific and you'll need to talk to the laptop maker about it.

None of the machines I'm currently managing see network setting popups continuously at all. Once connected to wired or wifi the settings stay the same and no popups.

Suggest seeing if your hardware manufacturer has a driver update for your wifi chipset for Win10 as a starting point. May also want to see if there are any power-saving features turned on for the wifi device and disable those and manage turning it on and off manually.
