I guess some companies use a variant of the ISO calendar... but the ISO week (and year) always begins on a Monday.
2020 is a "leap week" year in the ISO calendar... 53 weeks. So the ISO year 2020 extends into January 2021 -- day 1 of ISO 2021 is January 4.
