Looks like a fence wall, not s building, and I don’t think it qualifies as a crash if it was parked, empty and the wind blew it into the wall. Otherwise, first class journalism.

Wonder why the torque link is connected if it was parked for the night. Maybe it was in a position to depart and and the line crew reconnected the scissor. Sad story since the 7X is probably the most elegant aircraft there is.
