I am not even gonna click on the link as the whole thought is disgusting...

My bet is she is from california.....
 
Grosses me out, too, but heck, if it's good enough for Baby it's good enough for Mommy. Lots of mammals eat the placenta immediately after delivery, and maybe that was SOP when women were giving birth in caves and huts, and protein had to be chased down and killed.
Anyway, it can't be worse than liver, kidneys, etc. :rolleyes2:

January Jones was on Mad Men, and appeared in the Recent X-men movie as the rather scantily clad Emma Frost. She is still insufficiently hot to put a good spin on the subject in question. I hope to hell she at least cooked it first.

Then again, I get pretty grossed out by all you eating dead animal of one sort or another, so I suppose I'm a poor judge.
