Who can save me for my tinnitus

I have suffered from tinnitus for months. I found that at time I was worse (louder) and at time not as bad (softer). I read that using the artificial sweetener Aspartame can cause tinnitus. I began to not use it at all and started checking the food I ate. For me, the symptoms have gotten better. who have a better method to help me to minimize my tinnitus? thanks.
