Cheyenne, Wyo. was alway's fun because it used to co-inside with Frontier day's...crazy rodeo's and state fair...listen to Garth Brook's "Beaches of Cheyenne"....really a week long Rodeo with stuff you'll never see at another.(I love chuck wagon racing and wild horse breaking/racing). It's been 20 years since I have been there but it was a blast!...Thunderbirds etc. I don't know why this just went itallic?

I didn't see Wings Over Houston there and I would put that pretty high on the list.

Number Six?

September 29-30, McConnell Air Force Base features free transportation and housing for wooden airplanes arriving from Southwest Texas.

The only one on your list I have attended was the one at Davis Monthan AFB in Tucson a couple years ago. It was an outstanding show...I would highly recommend it.

awesome Tony, thanks
Will let you know how it plays out.
This is the Tbird schedule, I'd like to pick a couple more unusual or outstanding shows this year.

Personally, from a pilot's perspective, I think the Snowbirds are more impressive... heresy I know...

Well coincidentally, I have a particular affection for the Sbirds too.

Salinas puts on a fantastic airshow. Aviation Nation at Nellis is not to be missed. I would vote for Yuma simply because it's early in the airshow season. I hear Hill is very cool. I've heard the same about Abbotsford. Hope to attend some year.

I flew that show for a couple of years, back when Miegs was open. Great hospitality.

I been to a lot of them, these are my favorites: (not in order)

Reading Regional Airport (KRDG)
Quonset Point (KOQU)
Nellis AFB (KLSV)
MCAS Miramar (KNKX)
