When there are multiple frequencies listed and divided by directional degrees (e.g. KCLT af/d) we use the area of the sky we are in not the direction we are heading...correct?
CLT shows App Con 134.75 (246*-360*) so if I was in that area of the sky I would use that frequency or is it if I am on a heading in that range?
