Where to mount a garmin 796

seems too far away to mount in the panel... Is yoke mount a good option? Seems like the unit moving every time the yoke moves would be frustrating... As well as is it just too "in your face" yoke mounted? Haven't seen a lot of photos of yoke mounts...
What's the best option?

Take a look at the Ram "X-mount". Then suction cup in a spot that works for ya.
