Where to install CO detector in DA40?

We are planning on purchasing a CO Experts CO detector.

Any experience and/or recommendations on the best location for installation in a DA40?

Since CO is pretty close to the same density as air, although a little bit lighter, it really shouldn't matter where it is installed. I would put it in a very conspicuous place.

I would place it in a location where the vent heat comes out blows directly on it.
