where to go for Type Rating ?

Actually, I doubt anyone cares. We've moved on to pie anyway. Had some apple pie and vanilla ice cream last night in fact. Delicious! :)
 
No dutch apple yet. I had some other confections in the Las couple weeks but haven't sampled the infamous DAP.
 
That Dutch Apple pie does look amazing. Baker's Square used to have the best. Then the one near me closed. Sad day.
