Where to Find Runway Obstruction Information

Stupid Student Question of the Day:

Where do I find "official" runway obstruction information?

I'm going to take a night flight with my CFI to Reading (KRDG), so I want to be sure I've thought about obstructions.

Airnav lists a lot of very specific information about runway obstructions:

I don't see the same information in the A/FD:

or in FAA NOTAMs or on the airport diagram.

What is the source of the information on AirNav? What am I missing?

Airnav pulls it's info from FAA 5010 information.

http://www.faa.gov/airports/airport_safety/airportdata_5010/

The AFD does mention trees for each of the runways if you look closer, but it does not list as much info as there actually is.
