Where is the unleaded avgas initiative now?

I have not heard anything new on this for quite a while. I am assuming that the lawsuit from the Friends of the Earth is still pending.

Judging from the responses, the effort is going nowhere. Which I don’t care until the one TEL factory goes away.

It is a more pressing issue outside North America, where availability is more spotty and price is astronomical.
