I need to get the "word out" about the 2011 PRA International Rotorcraft Convention August 2-6 at Mentone IN, (C92).

Tim first you can go to AOPA's website and list your flyin there.

You can also list the flyin on This board under teh "cool places to fly" section and on AOPAs web board under 'Hops and $100 hamburger' section.

the Aeronautical division of each state's Dept of Transportation
most states also have a state pilot association (most are not affiliated with the state DOT)
is the airport listed on airnav.com? update the info there with details or a link to the flyin

Atlantic Flyer. They have a pretty good list of events. Its west coast counterpart is is Pacific Flyer.
You might also check the local EAA chapters. Don't forget the special chapters like warbirds.
