Had the pleasure of meeting Ted Glenn a few days ago and giving him the tour of the amphib Skunk Works here in Seattle after lunch. He was on his way to Canuck country in his 182 RG, from NM. Quite the flights so far!

I'm back in Tucson. Ended up not making the trip into Canada, but I'll do that the next time I'm in the area visiting my brother. I found out the day before I left that I have cousins in BC, but we couldn't get our schedules to mesh on short notice.

It was a fun trip. Picked up a little more actual IMC time, got to see Mt. St. Helens and Crater Lake, etc. Being /G definitely helps in receiving unsolicited direct routes from ATC. Even got to see Edwards AFB from within the restricted area (it was only restricted up to 6000 feet that day).

Glad the Wx opened up so you could see things some, it's been a very cold, rainy year so far.
