It’s going to hang down from the console overhead. Seems like a dedicated pouch or pocket sewn or attached somehow to the back of the copilot seat would work. What have you all done?

A "pouch" on the back of the co pilot seat, is exactly what I did. Had it fitted when I replaced the interior, works perfectly.

The oxygen is plumbed in through the overhead (Piper Dakota). I do have four outlets to cover all possibilities, but with two folks and the O2D2, just use one outlet. I have the emergency pneumatic shutoff in the overhead console as well. I did wire in on the front panel, an electronic remote pressure gauge for the tank in the tail.
