If the time between Pilots Bill of Rights and Pilots Bill of Rights 2 were introduced wasn't that long (I think it was only a few years in between), when do you think the Pilots Bill of Rights 3 will come out? Do you think we will have to wait even longer than just a few years for PBOR3 to be introduced, and do you think the next time around the provisions of the original medical reform bill in PBOR2 will be in PBOR3?

I wonder if Senator Inhofe is already thinking about drafting PBOR3?

It depends on how long congress thinks it will take the AOPA to collect a pile of money to give away for supporting a bill that is not planed to ever pass.

There won't be an PBOR 3.

The PBOR was NEVER about the relaxation in pilot medical statndards. It was about the FAA railroading Inhofe over an incident, and Inhofe wanting safeguards in place for pilots. The medical provisions were just added to get more AOPA and EAA support.

Whatever form any passed PBOR is in, it'll have the provisions that Inhofe wanted. Hence, no reason for a round 3.

You have been, still are, and always will be, screwed for getting a PPL.
