When my trusty Yamaha Bear Tracker started running rough, I fixed (?) it to the point that it's totally Tango Uniform. So I've decided to treat myself to a new 4-wheeler. I want one that's reliable, simple, and not too expensive.

Maybe there are some ex-spurts here who can advise me.

Thanks,
Jim Spencer

I've run a Motorcycle dealership for over 15 years now, so feel free to PM me any questions. No sales pitch. You're leaving a lot out though. What size are you looking for? Two seat or single? What is your intended use? Do you have a budget? Things like that.

I've had a lot of success with the Polaris Utility line up. I've owned a 500 H.O. for over 11 years and she still gets me around. (I've beat her up pretty good.) The new 550 EFI is pretty nice. Or if you want to go big get an 850 EFI w/ Power Steering. Let me know if I can help.

I haven't owned any of them but I've used a bunch of them. For utility jobs I like the Polaris ones because they have a lot of nifty details and they always start.

My experience has been with Suzuki, Yamaha, Polaris, and Honda.

Hondas have been my favorite and the most reliable by far.

Check out the Yamaha Grizzly series.
I love my 550 EPS/FI. Once you get power steering you'll never go back!
