I suggest coming in with no flaps and a little extra airspeed. Who needs a controller for that?

IIRC, FC=Funnel Cloud, +FC=Tornado.

Because the choppers carry video cameras with billy-badass lenses that can catch good shots from 5+ miles away. Anybody can be brave from several miles away in smooth air.

What happens to a blimp in a tornado? Incipient spin?
Not good things. My guess is a bunch of little pieces of fabric is all that would be left.

What happens to a blimp in a tornado? Incipient spin?
That reminds me - it is not in a tornado, but here's a video of a blimp caught in a level 4 or 5 thunderstorm trying to maintain altitude running at full throttle and pitch up (here's the NTSB probable cause):
