Looks about right, the private ATC aspect is a looser for us, first they came for the turbines and I said nothing, than they came for the commercial piston and I said nothing because I was not commercial, than they came for me.
It means nothing at all until it's been through a million committees and re-written a thousand times. The first version of any bill is the "Wish in one hand, and **** in the other, and see which one fills up first," version.
