What is it with sellers?

Why is it a guy will advertise his aircraft for sale, provide multiple contact numbers, and generally do everything possible to get the phone to ring and then when a qualified and motived buyer does attempt to contact, the seller does not respond?

There are several a/c in which I am very interested and yet my top three picks have not responded to my numerous phone calls, voice messages, or e-mails. Not even a response to advise best hours or days to contact.

I happen to know two of those are still for sale without an offer on the table. I don't believe all the a/c I've called on have been sold before I contacted.

I just purchased a new car, and what I did was email over 30 dealerships with my specs. Of the 30 only 2 responded with sincere interest in helping me find what I wanted. It seems that know one understands good customer service anymore.
