Well the panel isn't as pretty but that paint job was from 2007 and it really does feel better to fly a "pretty" 152. Oh well, I'm switching schools to save $20 or $30 per hour in Petaluma, so we'll see how clean the 150 is tomorrow. I hope it is "cute".

That was in Colorado last year, not where I regularly fly. The weather was beautiful at the time, so not sure how windy it gets.

I think we were on the north side of the airport, so the picture is facing the east side of the valley. From what I remember. My husband went to a conference, so I went flying. Good trade! One day I flew (with a CFI to get some basic mountain training), to Telluride, and another day to Leadville. I got my Leadville certificate, although Leadville was not as interesting as landing in Telluride.
