So sad...maintenance worker killed at John Wayne (KSNA) when a tire supporting the jetway exploded:

Yeah can be like a bomb going off. When I was in Iraq, a couple crew chiefs over inflated a Black Hawk tire at another base. The tire exploded killing one and severely injuring the other.

A four foot tire on a jet bridge probably has some serious PSI. RIP
