What’s with this? FFAB123

I’ve shared an iCloud video link of a screen recording from ForeFlight, internet traffic. It shows a target FFAB123 at reported around 110 kts zooming all over the screen around Norfolk, VA.

When I search for FFAB123, it is reported all over the country on various flight tracking apps. It is also mentioned in reports on the NordStream sabotage incident.

FAAB123 is reconnaissance aircraft. Specializing in underwater targets such as submarines and other unidentified submerged objects.
And are unknown objects at that we don't get into that category here.
