weather module loading

Seems the weather module you are using is either having issues with my selected city, or issues just in general. When i log in to POA, the home page takes forever to load, while that weather script is searching for my weather. when it finally does load, i just get a text link to go to their site. no pictures, no weather info.
Can this be disabled on users accounts? Not to big of a deal, but rather anoying.

If you blank out your zip code field, that section of the home page will not attempt to load.

I believe the weather feed is just having general issues. It's a free service we tap into, so we can't really complain about it when it isn't working.
