Hmmm, it's not that particularly big of a deal, it doesn't really expand their abilities, it just takes the phone provider out of the loop. If the system were deployed on thousands of drones for SkyNet, it would be scary, in the hands of USMS I'm not particularly concerned. It's not like they are out there sifting your phone calls. If I don't want to be found by the USMS through my phone, I won't carry a phone that links to me, simple, but it's been that way since cell phones came out.
