Ignoring that "equitable" is in the eye of the beholder.

Yeah but corporate aviation has been shrinking these past few years due to cutbacks and cost efficiencies. I would not want facts to get in their way or anything but I think what they meant to say was that there is an expectation of on demand charters set to increase.
