You might contact Tstc (Texas a State Technical College) in Waco, Texas. If I am not mistaken, they own the intellectual property and, until a couple of years ago, were actually selling and repairing the Terra line.

These guys still sell new (old stock) Terra stuff, and also repair. They took over from TSTC.
