I have one my CFI lent me. It has 4 models in the book 7ECA, 7GCAA, 7KCAB, 7GCBC. It also says "Effective serial numbers -75 and up" I don't see any specific year printed on it. I hope that answers your question.

That means 1975 models and newer. Probably not from the manufacturer, since there were considerable differences between then and now. I can tell you that the manufacturer's POH for the 1979 7GCBC is four whole pages, while the 1996 7ECA is a book.

American Champion is the current manufacturer. Their manuals are not expensive compared to other makers. The OP should contact them for a POH.
