Just to clarify, are you talking about the original Wren? This one?

You could try to contact Todd and Jo Peterson directly, as they own some (all?) of the Wren intellectual property. I had some paperwork issues with my plane that they were able to help me resolve easily.

The wren stol installation that flyboypete is inquiring about consists of only a leading edge cuff installation. This was the very first modification that WREN developed back in the late 60’s. Is there anyone out there who has this mod done to their 182? We have been in contact with Todd Petersen but he is unable to help.

Interesting, I learned something new today.

Wasn’t the Wren a Robertson creation? Any STC dna in the Robertson STOL STC that could be of help? I’m guess not if Peterson couldn’t be of help.

It sounds like you guys have done your homework and reaching some dead-ends.
