Anybody have experience with them?
Looking to buy a mooney and need the prebuy to be combined with an annual.
 
Mark - did you end up finding someone to do your Mooney pre-buy? What was your experience like?
 
The flight school I work at takes their planes there for avionics/instrument and it's 100 miles away, I guess they're doing something right at least on the avionics side.

I was happy with the work they did, can't complain. Being a big shop they probably have more overhead but I don't think the annual inspection was unreasonable. Luckily the airplane just had a Canadian annual literally 2 months before I bought it so there was almost nothing on the squawk list. They did everything they said they were going to do at prices quoted. Mine was an import from Canada so there was extra paperwork and followup and extra decisions to be made which complicated it a bit. I don't think they are a huge Mooney shop, I inquired how many annuals they do per year and the answer was about 20, they did have 2 sitting in the shop when I was there.
