Hi Ladies and Gents,

Just wondering if anybody knows of any Australian registered single piston types in North America? It's for a license currency issue, trying to avoid the expensive flight to Aussie just for an hour in a 172 or the like...any assistance would be apprecited!

Hope you all had a great start to the week ahead of us!

I'm sorry, but I don't know of any. Would a Jabiru work? If so, perhaps the Jibaru USA people would have an Australian registered plane (http://jabiruna.com )

Along those lines, how difficult is it to get a "discovery flight" From Sydney, Melbourne, or Hobart?

I think your best bet would be to go to oshkosh next year or maybe sun and fun. I usually see a few planes who have made the trip from far away.
