I've been looking through the FAA guidance around Vericose Veins as they relate to 18g Heart of Vascular trouble without finding anything.

I have no circulatory problems because of them, and have never discussed them with my doctor so I'm curious if this needs to become an FAA issue since there's no Dx and no issue

Varicose veins in the legs occur in the superficial venous system only. The only risks they pose are a painful superficial clot, and in extreme cases, bleeding. Hard to know with the FAA but I can't imagine any risk they could possibly pose to safely flying an airplane.
