Van Nuys (KVNY) Prop Park: Any PIREPS?

Toured the new Prop Park (http://theparkvny.com/) today at KVNY (Van Nuys). It looks amazing...2 nice pilot lounges, conference room, dedicated fuel station, even a place to wash planes with all the amenities. An "upscale" GA restaurant is coming.

Thinking of moving my plane there. Anyone else already there and like it?

Also, anyone want to go in on one of the really big brand new hangars...$2,200 per month...easily holds 2 planes...

Otherwise, I have plans to get a T-hanger.

I have a really nice hangar at KWHP...if anyone is interested. Large, electric door, clean, new. Will go on market for $770 / month (will go quickly)...they are always full.

Thanks for sharing, good to know. I rent from a school at VNY but never heard about this Park before. I will check it out next time I'm there.
