Vacation gift certificate

Hi, I guess my google-fu isn't working any better than my internet connection.... I am currently down range in the Middle East for the Air Force. I wanted to buy my wife a certificate for a Hawaiian vacation for Christmas. She is also deployed downrange. The only thing I could find after waiting 5 minutes for the page to load only had availability for the month of December. I was looking for something that was open-ended and could be used at her leisure since we both will not be home for quite some time yet.
