As we're aware AOPA no longer allows free access to the lite version of V-ref... even though this information is subjective are there any other resources out there that are inexpensive if not free?

Some of the aircraft brokers offer a free appraisal service based on data you provide them. I tried one and was upfront that I have no intention of selling. Received a response in 24 hrs. and haven't been spammed or contacted since.

Trade-A-Plane has the NAAA E-Valuator, though you might need a subscription. It's a lot more detailed than AOPA's version of Vref too.

Who did you have luck with? I'm selling my Turbo Lance and am having some trouble deciding on a good starting point for negotiations. I've tried a few dealers/brokers that advertise free appraisal and got the cold shoulder from them all.

https://www.lincolnskyways.com/ I reached out after receiving a solicitation that said I could contact them for a free valuation. Seemed like nice folks. This was last February...
