Uveitis

    If I was diagnosed with Uveitis (due to Ankylosing Spondylitis), do I have to immediately go to the AME/FAA for the SI? Or can I report this diagnosis at my next renewal in a few years?

    If I have to go to the FAA, do I need a detailed clinical progress note?
