Sure! They fly like an airplane . . . Forklift driving skills may transfer to taxiing, but the whole takeoff and landing thing just won't ever happen with a forklift.

I can top that this last weekend while working at the local Warplane Museum moving some things getting ready for our airshow. I lifted a Culver Cadet fuselage with a fork truck. So I "flew" a taildragger with a fork truck.

No, but I watched someone take one off of a loading dock once. Didn't go very far . . .
