Final Approach
I do presentations in a few different locations (secretary for our flying club, deacon's meetings at church, concealed carry classes at various locations) and grew weary of the HDMI cable mess. So, just bought a Chromecast to run off the Macbook pro.
Testing at home, it works fine, but the docs point out that the Chromecast and the managing mobile device have to be on the same WiFi network. Also, Chromecast can only save/store 1 WiFi profile. So, does that mean that I need to re-configure and set up the Chromecast for the customer's site WiFi before each presentation as I move from WiFi to WiFi? Sounds like it to me. And, how is that most easily done? Start the setup at home on my WiFi and reset Chromecast to forget the current WiFi, then travel to the site and begin the configuration like a new device there?
Any other suggestions on the Chromecast or other solution that might make this easier?
