User-Friendly Avidyne IFD540 Manual?

I bought the electronic version of this:
https://www.amazon.com/Flying-Avidyne-IFD-Scenario-Based-Course/dp/0997848820/ At the end of the book, there is a reference guide on how to do certain tasks, which I've printed out and keep with me on my phone.

On one of the Avidyne webinars (or somewhere) I think they said it should come free with your IFD, so maybe Avidyne can send you a copy? I don't recall getting this book with mine, but didn't ask them about it.
